Your local professional carpet cleaners in Northamptonshire got called out last week to a house in Brixworth. Mrs Parsons wanted her living room, hallway and stairs professionally cleaned. (We ask you to remove any small or breakable items from tables and other furniture). On arrival our team will move the bigger furniture. Also arrange for pets and children to be away from the area which we are cleaning.

We start off with a pre inspection. Once all the furniture has been moved out the way, we will walk around the area being cleaned together. Taking note of carpet construction and soiling conditions. Mrs Parson pointed out particular areas where she had concerns. (If there is certain spots or stains where we think we will not manage to remove it this will be said now). 

Following the pre inspection we then vacuum, ensuring that any dry soil is removed from the carpet. This is one of the most important steps in carpet cleaning. after vacuuming we will pre spray and spot. Traffic areas, spots and stains are pre treated with a hot organic spray for a more effective soil and spot removal.

Once the soil has been loosened, we begin our hot water extraction process. This will thoroughly flush the carpet pile with a eco friendly rinsing agent. Pressure and heat are regulated so that the carpet is not over-wet. We clean with water temperature between 82’c to 87’c. Once the soiled water is extracted we will then get you to walk through and inspect the work provided.

The carpet will be damp when we leave but not wet. We have a 2 – 4 hours drying time guaranteed, we suggest keeping animals and children off the floor during this time. We also suggest vacuuming the carpets 24 hours after the finishing time. Please be careful walking from carpets to hard floors as floors may be slippery.
